Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale luxury contracting projects from inception to completion.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure design integrity.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury contracting or high-end fit-out.
- Proven track record of delivering multi-million dollar projects in Dubai.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
- Deep understanding of luxury materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
