Outdoor Villa Renovation in Aura, Tilal Al Ghaf
Revive Renovation completed an outdoor villa renovation in Aura at Tilal Al Ghaf. The team transformed the entire exterior into a calm, resort-style living space. They designed and built a custom lounge, a covered terrace, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen.
Tilal Al Ghaf is one of Dubai’s most popular family communities. It centres around a lagoon and offers green spaces, cycling tracks, and a relaxed lifestyle. As a result, homeowners expect a high level of finish. This project meets those expectations in every detail.
Outdoor Lounge Design
The outdoor lounge sits at the centre of the space. The team built a U-shaped concrete bench that wraps around the seating area. An ivory render finish keeps the look clean and timeless.
In addition, two coffee tables with deep green ceramic tiles add contrast and character. Behind the seating, three fan palms create a natural backdrop. At night, soft lighting highlights the plants and enhances the atmosphere.
Covered Terrace Extension
The covered terrace extends the indoor living area into the outdoors. A warm timber slatted ceiling adds texture and depth to the space.
Recessed spotlights are set into the ceiling, which creates a soft glow in the evening. At the same time, concrete steps with LED strip lighting connect the different levels. Full-height sliding glass doors open directly onto the terrace, so the space feels open and connected.
Outdoor Kitchen Setup
The outdoor kitchen combines function with a clean design. The team built it using rendered concrete cabinetry with stainless steel doors.
A matte black undermount sink and matching tap sit neatly within the worktop. Above the kitchen, a louvre screen provides both privacy and airflow. Since the kitchen sits under the covered terrace, it stays shaded and comfortable throughout the day.
Materials and Landscaping
Large-format porcelain tiles run across the entire outdoor area, which creates a smooth and consistent base. The material palette includes ivory render, stone tiles, warm timber, and black metal details.
In addition, the landscaping adds life and colour to the space. Fan palms, bougainvillea, and an olive tree complete the setting and soften the overall look.
