Interior Villa Renovation in Senses at the Field, Meydan

Revive Renovation completed an interior villa renovation in Senses at the Field, Meydan. The goal was to create a home with a strong and unique personality. The team used bold artwork, mixed furniture styles, and layered lighting to shape each space.

Meydan is a well-connected Dubai community known for its open spaces and calm setting. It also sits close to Downtown Dubai, which makes daily travel easy. Because of this, many homeowners look for interiors that stand out from standard finishes. This project delivers exactly that.

Entrance and Staircase Design

The entrance sets the tone from the moment you walk in. A soft arched plaster doorway frames the hallway and creates a clean first impression.

In the corridor, a sculptural pendant light adds visual interest. The staircase features a warm plaster finish, paired with polished concrete-style steps and a slim stainless steel handrail. In addition, artwork lines both sides of the walls, which adds character and depth.

Living Room Styling

The living room uses a warm white base to keep the space bright and inviting. Sheer, full-height curtains soften the natural light coming through the large windows.

A globe cluster pendant light with brass fittings hangs from the ceiling and acts as a focal point. The furniture mix includes a curved boucle armchair, a sculptural coffee table, patterned accent chairs, and a classic lounge chair in the reading corner.

On the walls, a large portrait print sits alongside a collection of decorative plates. At the same time, a timber sliding barn door on a black track introduces a subtle industrial touch.

Dining Area Design

The dining area sits next to the living room and continues the same layered style. A dark-top dining table anchors the space, surrounded by grey upholstered chairs.

At the head of the table, a blue velvet chair adds contrast. Behind it, a bold abstract artwork brings colour and energy into the room.

Secondary Lounge Space

A secondary lounge creates a quieter seating area between the living and dining spaces. This zone feels more relaxed and intimate.

The setup includes a curved boucle two-seater sofa, a round coffee table, and a stool with a gold base. Above the sofa, an organic-shaped plaster mirror adds a soft, sculptural detail.

Project Delivery

Revive Renovation managed the project from start to finish, covering design, build, and final styling. As a result, the home feels cohesive while still full of personality.
