Revive Renovation completed a full apartment renovation in Residence 8, Downtown Dubai. The team upgraded the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, wardrobes, living area, and dining space. As a result, every room now feels modern, cohesive, and refined.
Downtown Dubai is one of the city’s most desirable locations. It sits close to Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and the Dubai Fountain. Because of this, residents expect a high standard of living. This renovation meets that expectation in every detail.
Kitchen Design and Layout
The kitchen sits at the centre of the open-plan space. A large stone island forms the main focal point and connects the kitchen to the living area.
The worktop features warm off-white quartz with an integrated undermount sink and a brushed gunmetal pull-out tap. In addition, LED strip lighting runs along the base of the island, which adds a soft glow.
Above, a brass ring pendant light creates a strong visual feature. The cabinetry combines matte taupe lower units with timber and smoked glass upper cabinets. Integrated appliances include a double oven, microwave, and induction hob. On the living side, three dark wood bar stools complete the setup.
Dining Area
The dining area sits next to a full wall of floor-to-ceiling windows, which brings in plenty of natural light.
At the centre, a round travertine-top table with a fluted dark timber base anchors the space. Rattan dining chairs with black frames surround the table and add a relaxed, textured feel.
Bathroom Renovation
Both bathrooms were fully upgraded with a clean and modern look.
The first bathroom features travertine-style wall tiles, a floating timber vanity, a round vessel sink, and a matte black tap. Meanwhile, the second bathroom includes a backlit rectangular mirror and slatted timber wall panels.
In addition, both spaces use matte black fittings and wall-hung WCs to keep the design consistent.
Bedroom and Wardrobe Design
The bedrooms focus on comfort and simplicity. Solid oak bed frames and matching bedside tables create a warm and natural feel.
A custom floor-to-ceiling wardrobe in a matte stone finish provides clean storage. Slim black recessed handles complete the design and keep the look minimal.
Project Completion
