The renovation process kicks off with an initial consultation between the client and the renovation company, where the client's goals, budget, and requirements are discussed. A site visit may also be conducted. After assessing the project, including evaluating the existing structure and potential challenges, the company provides a detailed proposal. This proposal covers the scope of work, estimated costs, and a proposed timeline. 

Execution Phase: Design to Renovation Work

Upon contract signing, the design phase commences, particularly if the renovation entails significant changes to the layout or aesthetics. The company works closely with the client to finalize the design, and then proceeds to obtain any necessary permits and approvals. Preparatory work begins with site clearance and setting up safety measures. 

Final Stages: Quality Control to Post-Renovation Support

Throughout the execution phase, the company conducts regular quality control checks and coordinates inspections to ensure compliance with building codes. Once the renovation is completed, a final walkthrough is carried out with the client to confirm satisfaction and make any last adjustments. The project is then officially handed over.
